Returns & Refunds

1. Eligibility

Refund eligibility depends on voucher status, preparation access activation, vendor rules, and the timing of the request. Unused and unassigned items are more likely to qualify. Once a voucher has been redeemed, assigned, or used to book an exam, refund options may be limited.

2. Scope

This policy applies to CertAxis Market certification bundles and related preparation access requested through our marketplace process. It does not replace vendor terms, proctoring rules, or statutory consumer rights available under Korean law.

3. Exceptions

Non-refundable items may include activated practice subscriptions, redeemed vouchers, completed consulting sessions, custom team order preparation, external membership charges, and items expressly marked as non-cancellable by the vendor. We disclose known limitations before confirming an order.

4. Timeframe

Unless a vendor rule gives a shorter period or Korean law requires a different result, refund requests should be submitted within 14 days of order confirmation. Requests made after that period are reviewed case by case and may be declined if access has been used.

5. Contact

Refund and cancellation questions should be sent to welcome@link-gridmerge.one. Include the order reference, bundle name, candidate assignment status, and whether any voucher or prep access has been activated.

6. Process

We review the request, confirm vendor status, check whether digital access has been used, and provide a written decision. If approved, the refund method and expected processing window will be stated in the response. Additional verification may be required for corporate orders.

7. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may apply when one component of a bundle remains unused but another component has already been delivered. For example, a readiness consultation may be non-refundable after completion while an unassigned voucher may still be reviewed for cancellation.

8. Cancellations

Cancellation requests should be submitted before candidate assignment or voucher redemption. Team orders may require written confirmation from the authorised buyer. Cancelling an enquiry before order confirmation does not create a charge through this website.

9. Processing Time

Approved refunds are usually processed within a reasonable business period after vendor confirmation. Actual receipt may depend on the original order route used in the separate process. We will not ask for unnecessary sensitive account information through the website form.

10. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer protections under Korean law, including rights that may apply to digital content, distance transactions, or defective services. Where mandatory rights differ from this policy, the mandatory right applies.

11. Changes

We may update this Returns & Refunds policy to reflect vendor process changes or legal requirements. The version posted at the time of a confirmed order will generally guide that order unless a mandatory legal rule requires otherwise.
