The FAQ uses a two-column tab-like layout so scope, order, event, and policy questions stay visible. At least one answer in each group states a limit because hidden exclusions create poor buying decisions.
Bundles
What is included in a typical certification bundle?
A bundle may include a verified voucher, prep subscription, practice tests, readiness notes, or consulting. Each listing states the exact scope.
Do bundles include exam passing support?
No. We do not promise outcomes. Vendors control exam scoring and certification decisions.
Can I compare vendors side by side?
Yes. The listing filters and custom approval page help compare vendor, skill level, delivery format, region, and price band.
Team ordering
Can managers order for several candidates?
Yes. Team enquiries can include candidate grouping and an order summary for internal approval.
What is not included in team support?
We do not provide payroll, device purchases, unrelated software licences, or unauthorised study materials.
Can candidates be changed later?
Sometimes, but vendor assignment rules decide whether changes are possible after confirmation.
Events
Is the Seoul exchange a sales-only event?
No. It is designed for questions about bundle scope, event desks, sponsor routing, and team buying workflows.
Are seats limited?
Room planning uses a seat counter, but it is not presented as a pressure deadline.
Can press or sponsors use the same form?
Yes. The contact form includes sponsor, press, general, and team purchasing categories.

Where are cancellation details?
The Returns & Refunds page explains eligibility, timing, exceptions, and vendor dependencies.
Do optional cookies block the site if rejected?
No. Rejecting optional cookies leaves the marketplace available.
Which law applies?
The User Agreement references Korean law and applicable consumer protections.
