User Agreement
1. Acceptance
By accessing CertAxis Market, you agree to this User Agreement and to use the website only for lawful certification research, enquiry, and marketplace comparison. If you act for a company, you confirm that you are authorised to request information on its behalf. If you do not agree, you should discontinue use of the website.
2. Service Description
CertAxis Market presents vendor certification vouchers, preparation bundles, practice subscriptions, and support services for IT candidates and corporate buyers. Prices are informational and do not create a checkout or automatic order. Any purchase request is reviewed and confirmed through a separate documented process.
3. Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Consumer rights available under Korean law are not excluded by these terms. The parties will first attempt to resolve questions in good faith through written contact before pursuing formal remedies.
4. IP
The site design, written descriptions, comparison structure, diagrams, and internal marketplace materials belong to CertAxis Market or its licensors. Vendor names and certification marks remain the property of their respective owners. You may not copy, scrape, resell, or republish substantial site content without written permission.
5. Liability
The website is provided for comparison and information. CertAxis Market does not control vendor exam decisions, exam availability, proctoring requirements, or certification outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by Korean law, liability for indirect loss, business interruption, or unsupported reliance on site information is limited.
6. User Obligations
You agree to provide accurate contact details, avoid submitting confidential passwords or access tokens, and use enquiry forms only for genuine certification, press, sponsor, or support requests. You must not interfere with site operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use the website to distribute harmful code or misleading messages.
7. Termination
We may restrict access where use appears unlawful, abusive, automated at harmful volume, or inconsistent with this Agreement. Termination does not affect obligations that should reasonably survive, including intellectual property protections, liability limits, and cancellation terms confirmed in a separate order document.
8. Order Review
Requests for vouchers or bundles are reviewed for vendor availability, region suitability, candidate assignment rules, and preparation access limits. A request submitted through the site is not accepted until CertAxis Market or an authorised partner confirms the order terms in writing.
9. Third-Party Vendors
Certification providers, proctoring platforms, and preparation publishers may apply their own terms. You are responsible for reviewing those terms before using a voucher or external preparation system. Where vendor terms conflict with general marketplace descriptions, the vendor terms control the exam experience.
10. Changes
We may update this Agreement to reflect marketplace operations, vendor process changes, or legal requirements. Material updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use after publication means you accept the updated terms for future site activity.
